The Stone House in Eureka Springs, AR
A REVIEW

If there is one place to visit, when visiting beautiful Eureka Springs, Arkansas, it's The Stone House. Some call it, "the best kept secret in Eureka Springs."

The Stone House is owned and operated by locals Rob and Amanda and it is located at 82 S. Main St, Eureka Springs, AR 72632. Essentially, just as you're coming into downtown Eureka Springs, it's right there on the left side of Main Street across from The Cathouse.
This labor of love for Rob and Amanda has turned into something spectacular for locals and tourists alike. The Stone House sign describes the core values of the experience as WINE, CHEESE & CONVERSATION and it certainly does not disappoint on all three.
The Stone House offers ambiance (inside and out), exceptional meat and cheese board selections, top of the line wine selections, art, music and all-around really good local mojo.
When you're here you might engage in conversation with Rob and/or Amanda or one of their talented and friendly staffers, or you may find yourself pensive enjoying their art or just sipping wine and listening to the great tunes or chatting with some friendly locals.
On wonderful weather days, the patio is the place to be. Pictured here, it offers a lush, cozy space to be one with the natural rocks of Eureka Springs. The patio has a small stage for live musicians which often adorn The Stone House during the 9-month peak season (Spring/Summer/Fall)
This place is mostly popular on the weekends as that is when most of the tourists are in town. Open Thursday through Sunday from 1:00pm - 10:00pm.
With winter soon to arrive, The Stonehouse is still operable. Winter in Eureka Springs is hibernation season and the locals stay inside most of the time. Since the tourists aren't visiting as much, and the locals stay indoors, The Stone House adjusts their hours to winter hours for the locals to step out of their own living rooms and join Rob and Amanda for some ambient enjoyment at The Stonehouse.

Lonely Planet touts The Stone House as a "Top choice for modern American in Eureka Springs."
